Your Principal – Mrs. Dolores Abraham
Welcome to St. Anne School!
At St. Anne School we are excited to continue our leadership journey with our “Leader In Me School”. Leadership is a concept we don’t normally consider when thinking of children. However, children are very capable of learning leadership skills and using them at home and at school. By developing well-rounded children who know their strengths, we help them unleash their potential to lead their own lives and to positively influence others.
As we continue our leadership journey, St. Anne teachers will strive to teach the children the common language of the 7 Habits and incorporate it into all curriculum areas. Each month our students will learn one of the 7 Habits. Please watch the newsletters to stay informed about our monthly focus. We look forward to learning and practicing the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. We thank St. Anne families and the School Council for funding the “Leader In Me” program at our school.
St. Anne school community consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to learning. The best method to increase and maintain high student achievement is to foster the development of a strong school community where the staff and parents collaborate in order to best meet the needs of the students. I believe strong partnerships between parents and staff lead to academic success for all students. Therefore, I invite you to continue to actively participate in your child’s education. This participation may come in a variety of forms including joining the School Council, working as a volunteer at the school, checking your child’s homework and agenda on a daily basis, attending school-wide events and communicating questions or concerns to the teachers or me.
Looking forward to a wonderful year!
